1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the specific meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret every clause in this document correctly.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bjc05, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on this platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published alongside individual products or offers.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bjc05. If you do not accept these Terms — or any part of them — you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use of bjc05 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The bjc05 platform is strictly intended for adult players. You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use bjc05:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be self-excluded from bjc05 or from any other gambling platform under a formal self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each account must represent a single, genuine, identifiable natural person.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of bjc05 or any of its affiliated game providers.

bjc05 uses documentary identity verification as part of its KYC process to confirm the age and identity of all Players before significant withdrawals are approved. Players may be asked to submit a copy of a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.

4. Account Registration & Verification

To place real-money wagers on bjc05, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account and to update it promptly if any detail changes.

The following registration obligations apply to all Players:

1. You may register only one account. Any attempt to open a second account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
2. You must provide your real full name, a valid email address, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and an accurate date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. bjc05 will never ask you to reveal your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
4. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you report unauthorised access to bjc05 support.
5. Account registration via bot, script, or automated process is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on bjc05 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following rules govern the movement of funds into and out of your bjc05 account.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by bjc05, although your chosen payment provider may have its own transaction limits.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to credit during standard banking hours.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to fund your bjc05 account. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted and may be reversed.
• bjc05 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bjc05 accepts no responsibility.
• bjc05 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is made from an unverified payment source, if fraud is suspected, or if the deposit does not meet minimum requirements.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible, to reduce fraud risk.
• Withdrawals will only be approved once all applicable KYC documentation has been submitted and verified. Incomplete KYC will delay processing.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval. During peak periods or following large withdrawals, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• bjc05 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before approving withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, or where a withdrawal pattern is flagged as unusual.
• In the event that a deposit is reversed, charged back, or otherwise reclaimed after winnings have been paid out, bjc05 reserves the right to deduct an equivalent amount from your account balance or pursue recovery by other means.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bjc05 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the general rules set out here, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are issued at bjc05's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of modification are honoured under the original terms.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a given bonus only once, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered fraud and will result in account termination.
• All Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of funds derived from that bonus is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirement on welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on qualifying real-money wagers. Not all games contribute equally: slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in each promotion's terms.
• bjc05 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any winnings derived from it if it determines that the bonus was claimed in a fraudulent manner, in breach of these Terms, or through exploitation of a promotional error.
• Bonuses have an expiry window within which wagering requirements must be completed. Unexpired wagering requirements that remain outstanding at the end of this window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Maximum bet while wagering through a bonus is ৳1,000 per spin or hand unless otherwise specified. Wagers above this limit during active bonus wagering may be voided.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bjc05, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and with applicable law at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Fraud and dishonesty — providing false personal information during registration or KYC, using stolen payment methods, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or attempting to deceive bjc05 in any manner.
2. Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one bjc05 account, whether personally or through a nominee.
3. Collusion — cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or multiplayer game format.
4. Abuse of bonuses — systematically exploiting bonus structures, using low-risk mathematical strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, or otherwise acting contrary to the spirit of promotions.
5. Automated play — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers, navigate the platform, or perform account actions on your behalf.
6. Exploitation of errors — deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches that result in outcomes that would not otherwise occur under normal operating conditions.
7. Harassment — engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication toward bjc05 staff, support agents, or other Players via any communication channel.
8. Money laundering — using bjc05 as a vehicle for laundering funds obtained through illegal activity. bjc05 cooperates fully with law enforcement and will report suspicious activity where legally obligated to do so.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bjc05 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder themselves.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legally binding instruction requiring account closure or fund retention.
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be marked dormant; a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be applied to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month grace period).

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your bjc05 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bjc05 will process any eligible remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and KYC completion. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been satisfied.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Closures

If you request account closure specifically on responsible gaming grounds — for example, if you feel gambling is negatively affecting your life — bjc05 will treat your request with the highest priority. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed until the agreed exclusion period has fully elapsed, regardless of any subsequent request from the account holder to reinstate access. 8.3 Limitation of Liability

bjc05 shall not be liable to any Player for losses, claims, or damages arising from account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms. In all cases where bjc05 closes an account due to a breach by the Player, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money funds deposited prior to the breach may be returned at bjc05's discretion following the completion of any investigation.

8.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and bjc05 that cannot be resolved through direct customer support communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. bjc05's decisions regarding account actions taken under these Terms are final unless successfully overturned through a formal dispute process initiated within 30 days of the disputed action.
